Here are a few resolutions you can make to look and feel your best in 2021, from aesthetic treatments to mindset changes.
1. Wear SPF Every Day
Yep, we’ll be a broken record about it: Sunscreen is the most important step in any skincare routine. Make this the year you make it a habit. Look for mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide for maximum protection.
If you need to reverse existing sun damage, try an IPL treatment to reduce dark spots or a chemical peel to exfoliate damaged skin cells.
2. Stay on Top of Anti-Aging
What’s better than erasing lines and wrinkles? Preventing them from appearing in the first place. 5. Drink More Water
Keep your skin hydrated and boost your energy so you can take on your big 2021 goals. Drinking plenty of water flushes toxins away and improves blood flow to make sure your skin (and the rest of your body!) gets all the oxygen and nutrients it needs to thrive.
6. Learn What Your Skin Really Needs
