Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all patients, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so prevents other patients from booking that time.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a $100 fee.
• One-Time Courtesy: The practice may waive the cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion. Any waiver will be documented in the patient’s appointment record. After a waived first occurrence, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will incur the applicable fee.
• Credit Card on File: All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file. A valid credit card on file may be required prior to scheduling future appointments following a missed or late-cancelled appointment.
