What Is CoolSculpting® Elite & How Does It Work?
CoolSculpting® Elite is a noninvasive body contouring treatment that slims down pockets of stubborn fat so you can look and feel stunning from head to toe. Here’s how it works:
- We attach the device’s applicator to your designated treatment area using suction—no needles, incisions, or anesthesia needed!
- The device drops your fat cells to a low enough temperature that they freeze and die off. You’ll feel some intense cold for a few minutes, and then your targeted area will go numb for the rest of your treatment.
- You get to read, relax, or even nap for the next 35 minutes or so.
- We remove the applicator and let your treatment area warm back up. Expect some tingling and slight irritation.

You won’t see results right away. It takes anywhere from 1 to 3 months for results to show as your body naturally and gradually flushes out the treated fat cells.
When Should I Start CoolSculpting® Elite To See Results by Summer?
Starting in the spring gives you just enough time to get results from your first sessions by summer. CoolSculpting® Elite features DualSculpting, the ability to treat 2 areas at the same time. That means within a single session, you can treat both sides of your flanks, thighs, arms, and so on.
While you may see subtle results after a single session, you will need 1 or 2 additional sessions to really amp up your results. That may take a few months to achieve, so the sooner, the better!
