Beauty Bank Terms & Conditions
- Monthly payment is fully banked and redeemable at any time.
- $49 new member sign-up fee (non-refundable, not included in fund).
- 6-month initial commitment, then month-to-month renewal.
- Discounts on prescription products not included
- 4-week notice required to cancel after 6 month commitment.
- Early cancellations require repayment of discounts received and one monthly fee.
- Loyalty points redeemable on services only. Loyalty points cannot be earned or redeemed for: B12 shots, wellness visits, GLP-1-related visits.
- All services purchased beyond Beauty Bank funds will earn 2% in Loyalty Points. The 2% in loyalty points will not be accrued on Beauty Bank redemptions.
- Beauty Bank discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts, except manufacturer rewards.
