Ian Cassidy is the Practice Manager of our Napa location, bringing a thoughtful, client-centered approach rooted in years of experience managing a mental health practice in San Francisco. A Bay Area native, he is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every client feels cared for.
Since transitioning into aesthetics in early 2025, Ian has found a natural passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, with a strong belief in individuality and self-expression.
Outside of the practice, Ian is a creative at heart who enjoys painting, drawing, and photography. He also loves spending time outdoors—whether hiking Mount Tam, volunteering at the Oakland Zoo, or exploring Tahoe and Yosemite.
